Character creation rules

Bonus feat: all PCs start with one feat at first level. This is in addition to the feat that humans may take as a race option.

Hit points and hit dice: Take the average hit points as shown in the PHB for your character class. When you spend a hit die, recover that same amount. When you spend your last hit die, you recover the die’s full value of hit points.

Races: the following additional player races are available:

Warforged are humanoids that were created by House Cannith to serve in the Cyran army during the Last War. After the War, they were granted civilian status and full autonomy. Their racial traits are as follows:
Ability score bonuses: add +1 to two ability scores or +2 to one ability score of your choice.
Armor plating: you gain a +1 bonus to AC. This stacks with any other bonuses, such as from Dexterity or armor.
Living construct: You are immune to poison, disease, fatigue, and exhaustion. You don’t have to eat, sleep, or breathe. Your long rest is four hours without strenuous activity, during which you are awake and aware.

Lizardmen are humanoids with lizard features, such as scaly skin, a thick tail, and a large mouth with sharp teeth. They normally avoid civilization and are hostile to intruders.
Ability score bonuses: +2 Strength, +1 Constitution.
Proficiencies: Intimidation.
Bite: You may make a melee attack for 1d6 damage.
Amphibious: You can go 15 minutes without needing to breathe air. You have a swim speed equal to your movement speed on land.
Darkvision 60 feet.
Languages: Draconic and Common.

Classes: the artificer class is available for PCs. At this time, only one PC can be an artificer .
